o1) Please provide a name, country of residence, and a valid email address. Without these, I cannot add you.
o2) Please do not submit an illegal, pornographic, or inappropriate website. It will not be linked.
o3) Be a fan! :)

That's it! You will receive a confirmation email letting you know you have been added to the list. While you are waiting for that approval, please be patient: updates can happen anywhere from 1-30 days. Thank you.
