o1) Be a fan of Dearest.
o2) When filling out the join form, you are required to include your name, country of residence, and your valid email address. If you do not include one of these, your application to join will not be processed.
o3) Please keep your information up to date by using the update form.
o4) Please be patient while your application to join is being processed. Updates can happen from every 1-30 days.

That wasn't so bad! Head on over to the join form to fill out the application and join the fanlisting. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know you have been added whenever I get around to updating.
